1/4 cup oats
3/4 cup milk of preference or water
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp molases, honey, or maple syrup
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Place all the ingredients into a small pot on medium heat. Allow the oats to cook, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon until they bubble. Lower heat and allow to cook until thick. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
