Orange Creamsicle Chia Pudding


Pudding might be a staple in your chia-loving diet, but that doesn't mean your recipes have to be monotonous! Branch out and give this recipe a try! BONUS- you probably have most of the ingredients already!

1 Cup Milk of choice

1/2 Cup orange juice

2 Tbsp honey

1/2 Cup Heartland Chia seeds

Mix together milk, oj, and honey

Add chia

Stir and refrigerate overnight

Add toppings and enjoy!

    You can never have too many pumpkin snacks! We're loving this simple granola bar recipe. It's sure to satisfy that fall-flavored sweet tooth! Ingredients: - 2 ¼ cups rolled oats - ½ cup honey - 1 cup pumpkin puree - 1 tsp. vanilla extract - ¼ cup chia seeds Directions: - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees - Line a 8x8" baking sheet with parchment paper - In a medium bowl, add pumpkin, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well - Fold oats and chia seeds into batter, mix well - Place dough in baking dish, and press down until entire sheet is evenly covered - Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes, test consistency with toothpick ENJOY!

    This recipe is SO simple, yummy, and perfect for any party! Not to mention that it's totally customizable with your favorite toppings, as long as you don't forget the Heartland Chia! Ingredients: - 12 ounces (or 2 cups) your choice of chocolate chips - 1 TBSP chia seeds - 1 C chopped walnuts - ½ C dried tart cherries - ¼ C pumpkin seeds - pinch of sea salt Directions: - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper - In a microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 2 minutes, stir chips quickly with spatula and return to microwave for 30 second increments until chocolate is almost melted - Once chocolate is melted, stir for a few minutes until it becomes glossy and starts to cool - Pour chocolate evenly into a square on baking sheet - Top evenly with chia seeds, walnuts, tart cherries, pumpkin seeds, and a pinch of salt - Allow bark to cool completely - Break into 20 even pieces; store in airtight container ENJOY!
